Product Introduction:Easy Servo Drive TS1108AH

TS1108AH Hybrid servo( closed loop stepper) is based on the latest DSP technology and  advanced control algorithm of combing brushless servo and stepper systems. It  combines  favored features of both open loop stepper and brushless servo drives, solve the fatal problem “loss of steps” of open loop step systems ,improve the stepper motor high speed performance, and  motor & drive heating and noise are also significantly improved.

Compared with brushless servo systems, they have much higher starting and low-speed torque, high standstill stiffness, no hunting, no overshooting, almost zero settling time, and no tuning for almost  all applications.

?Operation voltage:DC power supply input 48—150VDC or 48--130VAC,The recommended power supply is 110VDC,or 110VAC

?The max continuous output current is 8A,peak current is 10A

?Support pulse+direction and pulse+pulse command type
? Adopt advanced magnetic oriented control technology(FOC) and space vector PWM control technology (SVPWM)
?Adopt advanced variable current and variable frequency technology, it can reduce motor and drive heating and vibration.

?The microstep(pulse/revolution) can be set by protuner or DIP switches

? 0—5VDC analog input for speed mode,and support IO speed control function.(customized)

?Support over voltage,undervoltage,overcurrent,overload protections
?The max pulse frequency is 500KHZ,(the default is 160KHZ)
?The voltage of input pulse is 4.5vdc—28vdc, no need connect any resistor

?Support RS232 for protuner by PC(special cable ,please contact ECON technology for this cable)
?Work smoothly, high torque output at medium/high speed; fast response ,and low heating ,low vibration.
